Jared Mostue

Owner / Trainer

  • Jared is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and holds a NASM Specialization in Corrective Exercise.

  • A former collegiate athlete in soccer and ski racing, Jared began coaching ski racing immediately after graduating college with a Business Degree from Alfred University. His love of coaching and passion for improving the lives of those around him through physical fitness provides the drive behind his mission.

​

  • Currently an elite level obstacle course racer, Jared loves to combine the unique movements of OCR within his fitness programming. This combination provides him with a unique perspective when it comes to providing functional fitness to his clients at any fitness level.
