$55 Per Session
Meet with a personal trainer for a customized 1 Hour session each week with additional instructions for off days of the week.
2 x Week
$45 Per Session
Meet with a personal trainer for two customized 1 hour sessions each week with additional instructions for off days of the week.
3 x Week
$35 Per Session
Meet with a personal trainer for three customized 1 hour sessions each week with additional instructions for off days of the week.
