1 x Week

$55 Per Session

Meet with a personal trainer for a customized 1 Hour session each week with additional instructions for off days of the week.

2 x Week

$45 Per Session

Meet with a personal trainer for two customized 1 hour sessions each week with additional instructions for off days of the week.

3 x Week

$35 Per Session

Meet with a personal trainer for three customized 1 hour sessions each week with additional instructions for off days of the week.

This 8 Week Program is designed to help the individual increase proficiency and ability in Obstacle Course Races such as Spartan, Bonefrog, Tough Mudder and Savage Race.

W.O.D.

This 8 Week program is filled with short, high intensity workouts that can be done at home or a gym each day.

Group Training

Meet with a personal trainer in a group setting for up to three, 1 hour sessions each week.
